Its flagship project, Nozha Ain Sebaâ, is a new mixed-use district in Casablanca. The residential part has seven five-storey buildings with 167 one- to three-bedroom apartments and 24 shops, in a gated residence with 50% green space, underground parking and CCTV. Shops, restaurants and leisure areas complete the project.
