What we check
- Structure and finishes – walls, floors, ceilings, tiling, paintwork, frames and doors.
- Installations – electricity, plumbing, drains, hot water, ventilation and air conditioning where provided.
- Compliance – surface area, layout and equipment compared with the plans and the contract.
- Common areas – access, lift, parking and, depending on the project, pool and gardens.
Your report and snagging follow-up
You receive a clear report with photos listing every point to be fixed. We then help you report the snags to the developer and follow up until the keys are handed over.
