Property Viewings with Levana
Nothing beats seeing a property in person. With Levana you are looked after from start to finish: we put together a viewing programme based on your budget and wishes, pick you up and an advisor accompanies you at every project. Viewings are free: Levana’s fee (1.5% to 3%) is only charged when you buy.
How does a viewing day work?
- Before you arrive – we discuss your budget, city, area and type of property, then select the projects to visit.
- Pick-up – we collect you at the airport, your hotel, the station or your home in the city of the projects.
- On site – an advisor presents each project: floor plans, finishes, price, payment plan and delivery date. Ask all your questions.
- After the viewings – you receive a summary and we help you compare and reserve the property you choose.
Several projects in one trip
Only in Morocco for a few days? We plan a route that combines several projects in one day, for example in Malabata, on the Route de Rabat and in Achakar in Tangier, or in Guéliz and on the Amizmiz road in Marrakech. If you like, we can also help with accommodation during your stay.
Can’t come in person?
