The fee is calculated on the purchase price and is only charged when you buy. The exact percentage depends on the project and the guidance you need; we agree it with you before the first viewing.
The steps
- Search and selection – we compare projects and developers based on your budget and goals.

- Negotiation and reservation – we represent your interests and review the reservation contract.
- Notary and financing – deed, mortgage or Murabaha, power of attorney if you live abroad.
- Construction follow-up – staged payments and regular updates with photos and videos.
- Key handover – point-by-point inspection and snagging follow-up with the developer.
