Frequently asked questions
Are these apartments suitable as a rental investment?
With Daam Sakane, no: the aid requires the home to be your main residence. Without the aid, however, this area appeals to investors thanks to demand from employees of the nearby employment hubs.
How far is it to the airport and TFZ?
Both projects are a few minutes’ drive from the airport and the free zone, depending on the time and route. We recommend doing the journey yourself at rush hour.
