Take the 30-second quiz and instantly see the new-build projects that match your budget, goals and lifestyle.
Morocco attracts more buyers and investors every year – Moroccans, foreigners and Moroccans living abroad (MRE). Major infrastructure works, the growth of the Tanger Med port, high-speed rail and preparations for the 2030 FIFA World Cup are transforming Tangier, Marrakech and Casablanca, and the supply of new-build projects is growing with them.
Buying off-plan (VEFA) lets you enter at a launch price, pay in stages during construction and receive a brand-new home built to current standards. From studios and apartments in the city centre to villas with pools on the Amizmiz road or in Cabo Negro, there is something for every budget.
At Levana Properties you will find more than 160 new-build projects from developers we work with directly. A Levana adviser guides you from A to Z, from the first viewing to the key handover.

Check completed projects, whether they were delivered on time and the quality of the finishes. Each developer page on Levana lists their projects and our information.
Off-plan sales (VEFA) are governed by Law 44-00, amended by Law 107-12: a reservation contract, then a preliminary contract, with staged payments linked to construction progress. Compare the deposit, instalments and delivery date.
Floor plans, orientation, sizes, parking, pool, security and service charges: ask for the plans and brochure and compare several projects.
A Levana advisor helps you compare, arranges viewings – on site or by video – and guides you all the way to signing at the notary.
